Day 101: I am thankful for days spent with my sis, her boys and my momma! We got to do a little shopping and hang-out today since Renee' and the boys were in town. I cherish days like these and the memories that are created!

Day 95: Today I had the privileged to sit by my Grandpa Petersen during our church service, and it reminded me how blessed I am to have him in my life. Most of you that read this blog know that he had a little spell recently where he wasn't doing so well, but now he is recovering nicely. The example he has been as a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, man of God, leader, an encourager, and scholar of the Word has played a part more in my life than I am probably aware. He has played a part in every part of my life even when I wasn't aware. It may not have been a decision that directly affected me, but it came down the line into my life! For him, I am thankful!

Day 85: I am thankful for Aerobics! I never thought I would say that but I really do enjoy going and working out. Now I just have to get the healthy eating under control.

Day 86: I am thankful for the people that Dudley and I have in our lives that help us do things we don't know how to do. A co-worker of Dudley's is helping him lay tile down in our bathrooms, and they are doing a great job!

Day 94: I am thankful for the example my Papaw and Mamaw Reedy left! Today, my Papaw would have been 95. I do not remember much about him, but I can see the example he left through others. He and my Mamaw would have been married 67 years, and the stories I have heard I know they were a great example of a marriage!

Day 77: Today I am thankful for the game of soccer! It has not only brought me happiness through playing the sport, but it has brought friendships and life lessons! I am excited because today it was announced that Indianapolis is going to be get an NASL team in 2014!! I am part of a supporter group called the Brickyard Battalion and I am excited to see where everything leads!

Day 72: I am thankful for the great subs we have at Northwood! If it wasn't for the wonderful lady that was able to be in my classroom today, I would have had a hard time getting the required testing done. It is such a relief knowing the person you are leaving in charge of your class is on the same page you are!

Day 73: Today I am thankful for beautiful weather in the midst of winter!

Day 63-68: I was so thankful for time spent at home relaxing and resting. I had things around the house that I should have probably been doing, but it was good to have the option of doing absolutely nothing if I desired! It was a good break to get myself ready for this last half of the school year!
